My heartfelt condolences to Debbie's family. I knew debbie from the children's "drop in" in winona where she came for the children she cared for. She always had a kind word to say to everyone and was wonderful to the children. She treated them as they were her own. I am in total shock and will miss her. I remenber when my husband passed away debbie hardly knew me at the time but was so kind and caring. Again my deepest sympathies.
