Passed away peacefully at The Carlisle Residence on Monday, June 15, 2015. Born in Leamington, Ontario to Michal and Anna Michalewitz. Predeceased by her loving husband, Eric Jones (April 15, 2010). Much loved mom of Rosanne and John, and Lori. Rose will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Rory and Anastasia, Eric and Kaylee, Erica and Will. Her great-grandchildren Khloe, Jordan, Rosie and Ethan brought her great joy. Rose was the sister of the late Valerie and Jim, the late Albin and Milie, Frank (Viv), Jennie (the late Peter), Helen, and Agnes (Ang). Rose enjoyed bowling, cards and scrapbooking. Rose retired from Sears after 23 years. Special thanks to Dr. G. Holdway and Nikki, The Abington, and the care at The Carlisle. Visitation will be at P.X. Dermody Funeral Home, 1919 King St. E. (between Cochrane and Rosedale) on Saturday, June 20, 2015 from 2-4pm. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers donations to a Children’s Charity would be greatly appreciated.
