The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Michael Armstrong can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Michael David Armstrong

Armstrong, Michael David

Passed away peacefully at Hamilton General on April 13th at the age of 42. Predeceased by his mother, Jessie Armstrong (nee Bowick). Survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Jennifer Fabb Armstrong. Lovingly remembered by his father and stepmother, Edgar & Karen Armstrong, sister, Stacey (Richard) Kemp and brother, Eddy Armstrong. He will also be missed by nieces Madison and Elizabeth and nephew Matthew, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A special thank you to all the doctors, nurses and staff at Hamilton General for their care and compassion. Visitations will be help at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave. (Between Mohawk and Fennell) on Monday April, 18th, 2016 from 3 pm to 4 pm. Prayers will be held at 4 pm followed by a small reception. Michael loved all animals, especially his dogs Sky and Copper, and cat Raps. If desired, as an expression of sympathy, donations can by made to the Hamilton SPCA.
