Condolence: I only knew Michael as a wee one 40 or so years ago while married to his Uncle Dale, but have always related this incredible story of him. I hope that it will bring a smile in a difficult time. It sounds as if animals were very special in Michaels life.
Michael was inconsolable one morning when his goldfish would not respond. He had gotten up early and gone to the fish tank, scooped out a fish to give it a "good-morning hug"
He truly loved his pets.

Condolence: I went to school with Michael where we studied drama.
Michael and his dad allowed me to stay at their home for months while I got onto my feet financially as a teenager.
His generosity and sense of humor was unmatched. The world was a better place with him in it.
I wish I could have said this to him when he was still alive.
