Radko, Helen N. (nee Miller)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Helen Radko on August 31, 2016 at Idlewyld Manor in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Walter Radko. Loving mother of Patricia Aylen, Edward Radko (Mackie), Kathy Balsdon, and Tim Radko. Dear grandmother of Michael Aylen, Sherrilynn Chisholm, Vince Radko, Kate and Sara Kulcheski, and Luke Radko. Great Grandchildren Connor, and Abby Chisholm. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Nellie Miller, her daughter-in-law Gail, her grandson David Aylen and her brothers and sisters Martha, Mary, Peter, Bill, Tillie, Millie, Elsie and Harry. Helen was a long time parishioner of St. Eugene’s Parish and was a member of the CWL for 50 years where she enjoyed playing cards especially euchre at St. Eugene’s, St. David’s and St. Paul’s groups. Helen enjoyed her loving family and visiting with friends. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1919 King Street East, on Tuesday, September 6th from 6-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, September 7th at 1:30pm. Burial to take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.dermdodys.com.
