Suddenly at home on January 24, 2017, Carla-Faye Douglas passed away at the age of 55 years. Beloved wife for 20 years to Henry. Loving mother of Bryan (Asha), and Krystal (Neville). Dear grandma of Elizabeth, Jordan and Sylar. Loving daughter of Lorna Hager and the late Ellwood Nelles. Predeceased by her sister Connie Riley (Len). Survived by several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave., on Monday, January 30th from 12-1pm followed by a chapel service at 1pm.
