Obituary for Lindon Rodney
RODNEY, Lindon
December 4, 1945 - June 26, 2017
It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Lindon Rodney at Juravinski Hospital. Lindon is survived by his wife Hyacinth. His children and step-children Avis, Elaine, Norman, Joy, Delroy, Sandra, Karlene, Howard and Anna. His father Ashdol, 5 sisters and 2 brothers. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and the Gordon family. Visitation at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOMES, 796 Upper Gage Ave., Hamilton on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. A Celebration Service will be held at Bethel Gospel Tabernacle, 1355 Upper Wellington Street, Hamilton on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 12 noon following an 11:00 - 12 noon visitation. Following the service, Lindon will make his final trip back home to Jamaica for interment in Whitehall, St. Thomas. The family would like to express a special note of appreciation to family and friends who showed their love and support throughout this journey.
