McGill, Janet May (nee Brock).

Passed away peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, in Hamilton ON on September 3rd 2017, at the age of 61. Survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Gary McGill.
Lovingly remembered by her mother, Iris Brock (90 years old), her daughters and their partners: Jenna (Chris), Kristina (Camilo) and Sandy (Joe) who is expecting her second child; grandchildren: Charlotte and Joseph. She will be missed by many other relatives and friends. A special thanks to Dr. Major, Dr. Russell and their staff of the Juravinski Cancer Centre for their care and compassion. A special word of thanks to the daily home nurse, Marion Frame, and the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for their kindness and support. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME at 796 Upper Gage Ave. (between Mohawk and Fennell) Hamilton, Ontario on Saturday September 9th 2017 from 10am to 11am. A celebration of Janet’s life will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11am.
