Condolence: Ann, and family, please accept my sincerest condolences. So very sad to hear of Eddie’s passing. I will always hold dear the memory of Ed’s smile and that very infectious twinkle in his eye. It would make my day when Ann and Ed would drop into the BFO office...such gracious, kind, and generous people. I cherish the stained glass pieces that were crafted for me...and they are my visual reminder of a friendship that grew out of a shared experience.

Condolence: To the Hartnett family. My deepest and sincere condolences to each one of you as you mourn the death of your beloved Ed. May the sweet / fond memories of Ed bring you a measure of comfort and peace as you journey through your grief.
I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Ed as a volunteer over the years with Bereaved Families of Ontario, South Central (formerly Hamilton-Burlington). He was such a kind and gentle gentleman. I thoroughly enjoyed our many conversations about art and music of which Ed had a passion (of which I could relate to on many levels with him). These were expressed through Ed's stain glass works and his performances as a member in his church choir and the Geritol Follies choir. This world was richer for all that Ed contributed in giving of his time, talents, knowledge, and creativity. Glad that he made a peaceful transition into a renewed life. Ed will be dearly missed by all his friends who knew him well. His legacy and "spirit" live on.
