Ferguson, James G.

Peacefully on January 16, 2018 at the Hamilton General Hospital, James Ferguson died in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Estelle (nee Le Jambe). James will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. James was a proud member of Local 67 (Plumber & Steam Fitters Union) for over 50 years. He served with the Canadian Army during WWII and was a piping superintendent with the Aramco oil refinery in Saudi Arabia for 5 years. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave., on Sunday, January 21st from 2-5pm. Prayers will be said on Sunday at 2:30pm. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Sts. Peter & Paul Parish on Monday, January 22nd at 10 am. Burial to take place at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sts. Peter & Paul Parish would be appreciated by the family.
