Obituary for Kenneth ""Kenny"" Marsden
Marsden, Kenneth “Ken”
On March 19, 2018 passed away at the age of 84, peacefully at home, with his family by his side. Loving husband of 57 years to Rosemary. Dearly loved father of Barbara (Scott), Angela (Kevin), Carmel (James), Dawn (Gord), and David (Kim). Greatly missed grandad to Alison, Dakota, Samantha, Taylor, Carly, Julia, Conor, Jenna, Maeve, Ella, Dallas, Justin and Shamus and great grandchildren Nora, Abbigail and Logan. Predeceased by grandchildren Courtney and Andrew. Ken will also be missed by many family and friends in England, Ireland, and Canada. “Kenny” was an employee of Stelco for 22 years. He was the inspiration behind Grandad’s Donuts. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave., on Saturday, March 24th from 3-4 pm followed by a chapel service at 4pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Palliative Team at Bayshore or the Pulmonary Fibrosis Association would be appreciated by the family.
