Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Survived by her loving husband Paul of 39 years. Deeply missed by her children Jennifer (Brad), Christopher (Melissa), Melissa (Jason), grandchildren Madison, Peyton, Liam, Predeceased by grandchildren Emily and Riley. Daughter of Reginald and Marie Hamelin. Daughter in-law of Clare and Mary Ann Scanlon. The memory of Barbara will always be cherished by all family members and friends. Visitation at the Cathedral Basilica of Christ the King on Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Following Visitation, a Funeral Mass will be offered at 11 a.m. A reception will be held in the church hall after the Funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
