Male, Barbara (nee Gallant)
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 8, 2019 at the age of 87 at Macassa Lodge in Hamilton. Predeceased by her husband Ronald. Loving mother of Sandy (George), Roy, Ronnie, and Julie (Rob). Devoted grandmother to Michael (Elizabeth), Emily, Laura (Hugh), Rebecca (Matty), Joely, and great-grandmother to Gordon. A true daughter of Prince Edward Island, Barbara is survived by her siblings Marie, Betty Ann, Donnie, Teresa, and Judy. Predeceased by her parents Barbara and Austin Gallant, and siblings Estelle, Joan, and Julienne.
Barbara was a devoted member of the Corpus Christi CWL for 50 years. She had a true passion for gardening and nature. Always caring about others, Barbara volunteered for many organizations and charities over the years. Special thank you to the amazing staff at Macassa Lodge C1 West where she was cared for with love and dignity. A private service has taken place.
