Lount, John Wilson “Jack”

It is with heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of John on Friday December 30th 2016 in his 93rd year. Loving husband to Joyce for over 69 years, Father to Jackie (Bryan) And Jim (Chantal). Grandfather to Kelly (Ryan), Brianne (Mike), Nicolas and Tracy (Ryan). Great Grandfather to six. John also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. John was a proud WWII Veteran with the R.C.A.F. and a Stelco retiree. A special thank you to the staff of C3 West at Macassa lodge for their care this past year. In keeping with Johns wishes cremation has taken place. Family and Friends will be received on Wednesday 7-9 P.M. January 4th 2017 at P.X. Dermody Funeral Home 796 Upper Gage Avenue. In Lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to the Salvation Army or Macassa Lodge.
